Updated September 26, 2026 · Verbo Loco 2.0
Overview
Verbo Loco is an offline Spanish verb learning app provided by Juraj Krivda. It does not require a Verbo Loco account and does not contain advertising, analytics SDKs or cross-app tracking.
Data stored on your device
The app stores favorites, recently viewed verbs, exercise answers and review history, practice-session summaries, learning progress and app preferences locally. The verb library, examples and pronunciation audio are bundled with the app.
Optional iCloud synchronization
If iCloud synchronization is enabled and available, the app sends learning data and learning settings to Apple’s CloudKit service in the private database associated with your Apple Account. This includes favorites, recently viewed verbs, practice and review history, session results and synchronized learning preferences. It allows your devices using the same Apple Account to share progress.
This information is not published in a public database and is not sent to a developer-operated server. The developer does not receive access to your private iCloud database. Apple processes and protects iCloud data under its own privacy terms. You can turn synchronization off in the app and continue using it offline; turning it off does not by itself delete copies already stored in iCloud.
Notifications
The optional daily reminder is scheduled locally on your device. Notification permission can be managed in system settings.
Support and this website
If you email support, the developer receives your email address and the information you choose to include and uses it to answer your request. Please do not send passwords. This documentation site is hosted on GitHub Pages, whose hosting service may process technical request information. The site does not add advertising, analytics or tracking cookies.
Your choices
You can disable iCloud synchronization and local reminders. Device data is removed when you delete the app; iCloud data can remain separately. Use the iCloud storage controls provided by Apple, where available, or contact support for help understanding removal options. The app does not require a name, email address or location to learn.
